Founded in 2005, the HDV Trio caught the attention of the international jazz scene, by winning such prestigious awards as the international jazz competition »New Generation« (Germany). Their debut CD »Celebrating Modern Genius« was followed by the second album »All In«, both released on the german label Doublemoon Records. Both records feature the trios‘ own compositions, blending influences of jazz, classical and contemporary music to a distinct language of sound.
Within the last few years the trio has been touring extensively and worldwide, from Africa to Indonesia, from Central Asia to South America to name a few of the destinations of the touring schedule
